full-service resort constructed on a 37-acre parcel; located in Armagosa
Valley approximately 130 miles from Las Vegas, the Longstreet Inn &
Casino has 60 guestrooms, 8,000 SF of casino space, convention space,
restaurants, waterscape, and a RV park consisting of 51 drive-through
spaces and full service hook-ups. |

A 20,000 SF building housing highly sophisticated fiber optic switching
equipment, administrative offices, storage, warehouse, special purpose
space, infrastructure, and site improvements. Facility is
